Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

Global Islamic Economics Review (GIER) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content.

Digital Archiving

The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This ensures that the journal’s content remains accessible even if the journal itself ceases publication.

Institutional Repository

All published articles are archived in the Institutional Repository of Institut Agama Islam Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Indramayu and can be freely accessed through the university’s digital library system.

Indexing and Abstracting

The journal aims to be indexed in various national and international databases, including Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref, and DOAJ.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are allowed to deposit all versions of their article (submitted, accepted, and published) in personal, institutional, or subject repositories, provided that a proper citation to the journal is included.
